#RedCarpetRepeat kicks off in London

The EDGE OF TOMORROW Red Carpet Repeat tour - three premieres in three different countries in just one day - kicked off in LONDON on May 28, 2014 with a smiling Tom Cruise arriving at 6.40 a.m. at BFI Imax to meet a huge crowd of fans, despite heavy rain. He was joined by his co-star Emily Blunt and director Doug Liman. Between press interviews and photo calls, the 51-year old Hollywood legend lived up to his fan-friendly reputation by greeting members of his adoring public, signing autographs and happily posing for photos, before the film's screening at 9 a.m.

The marathon red carpet tour echoes the story of the film, in which Tom plays a soldier forced to relive the same day over and over again in a bid to win his battle against aliens and save the world.

After the inaugural premiere in London, Cruise, Blunt and Liman jetted off to PARIS by private plane to attend the second premiere scheduled for 2 p.m.

EDGE OF TOMORROW opens in UK cinemas and Imax on May 30, 2014.
